Updating Employee Master when Union Rates changes

Is there a program to update the Employee Master hourly rate from the Union Rate table?  When the Union Rates change due to contract negotiations we want to be able to update the Pay Rate table, then run a program to update the hourly rate in the Employee Master to keep the rates in sync.  There is a program in E1 but can't locate one in World.
