Import data slow on Solaris of T3-1

DB: Oracle 10gR2/11g

OS: Solaris 10u8

HW: T3-1

Customer installed the OS and DB with default config,and begin to import 500M data to DB,it spends 4 hours.  They checked the OS,if upload and copy on OS level, the IO is no problem. but if import data to DB, the IO is about 1M/s.

any suggestions ?
