'cursor: pin S wait on X' waits in 11gR2

Hi,
Oracle Version       : 11.2.0.1 (Standard Edition)
Operating System   : RHEL-5 (64-bit)

Here we are facing 'cursor: pin S wait on X' waits. when trying to  run a report from application .  Here we didn't  face such problems in 10gR2 when  we run the same report from application.


Please help me how to solve the problem.
