While using Trigger for scheduled report, XML file is not generated.

Hi All,
i am getting error while generating the xml file using the trigger.

we have OBIEE server in the linux, when i am using a function which is there in the package unable to generate the xml but i am using same package/function in another obiee server which has installed on windows xp its working fine.

It's of urgent, any help will be appreciated.
