Unable to Auto-Create a Requisition

Dear Team,

We are facing error while Auto-Creating a requisition in E Business Suite(Oracle Applications : 11.5.10.2).I have tried many solutions listed on this support portal. Please help as soon as possible as we are facing issues.

Error Number: APP-PO-14090: No requisition lines were autocreated.

Possible Causes:

1.You tried to autocreate lines on to a blanket release where the combination rules were not satisfied.

2.An Exception occured in the PO Account Generator Workflow during the Autocreate process.

3.Some other error occured during the Autocreate process.
