BI Publisher Server 10.1.3.4.1 on windows 2008 R2 : Should be Certified ?

mentions a manual installation as requirement for installing 10.1.3.4.2. on windows 2008 R2
I can't find info about 10.1.3.4.1.

Problem Description: BI Publisher Server 10.1.3.4.1 seems to be working just fine using the standard procedure with
- Compatibility Level set to Windows 2003 (for all users) for: setup.exe
- Installation specifically done via option "Run As Administrator" (Windows 2008 elevated privileges). (not comparable to windows 2003: where log on as administrator is enough)

=> no error message and BI Publisher seems to be working as before, at least for our requirements:
Siebel 8.1.1.5 and 8.0.0.13 Reports Integration.

Does that mean it should be certified for Windows 2008 R2 ?
