Where to view Encumbrance Accounting when creating PO?

Hi everyone,

I'm using Encumbrance for PO. But I'm wondering where I can see the accounting entry when creating PO.

Dr  PO Charge Account
   Cr  Reserve for Encumbrance Account

Can anyone please let me know? I can't find the journal of it.
I have run the concurrent program "Program - Create Journals", but there's no data. it said "No budgetary control transactions were found.  No batches were created."
But I already define all of budget.
