Is there any way of migrating BPA Templates with any command ?

Hi ,

I am Unable to migrate BPA(Bill presentment Architecture) Template ,configuration and mapping for external templates.Looking for an alternative to automate the process by having any fndload or any other command that automates the migration from one instance to another rather then creating configurations , attaching template and mapping every field.

Please suggest if is this possible.
