Maximum template size supported in Siebel Reports

I am using Siebel version 8.1.1 and BIP version 10.1.3.4.1. BI publisher is integrated with siebel. I am facing issues in uploading a template with a size of 618 kb. Is there any restriction in the size of the template ? i am able to upload the template successfully directly in the bi publisher server. But facing the issue while trying to upload the template via siebel. Anyone please help me in this issue.
