Personalize AR - Customer form in R12

 Hello All,

I was wondering if there is a way to personalize or customize customer html forms in R12. I am trying to make address field as optional under communications tab in customer account site screen. 

Is there any profile options that needs to be applied? Any thoughts or input around this would really help.
