Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Unable to create a customer contact

Migrated from 11.5.10.2 to 12.1.3 and when creating a contact to an existing customer getting the below error.

HzPuiCustAccountRoleId

Found note # 470342.1 We have already applied that patch and also ran the DQM programs still getting the error.

Any suggestions.
