web adi journal upload runtime error has occurred

Can anyone help me with this inquiry?

When trying to upload a wed adi journal a user is receiveing the error message A runtime error has occurred.  Do you wish to debug.  Line XX Error: Element not found.   The user is using Mozilla Firefox?

Does any one have a solution for this issue
