Additional Tax exemptions required on PDBA set up

We have a PDBA that we use for both US and Canadian Payroll and the DBA is only Canadian Pensionable, and is exempt from all other taxes.  The current set up allows for 15 Tax exemptions, however, I need 16.  Is there anyway to add additional, or is there any way to have one Tax exemption feild used that says NO to ALL US taxes?
