US PAY: 2011 Year End Pre-Processor

Hello,

We are having trouble editing the 2011 Year End Pre-Processor, payroll wants to move some employees from the file and are unable to do this. Is anyone else having this issue? There has to be a way to edit this file as we have always done in the past?
