BIP 10g Iframe question

Good afternoon, 

I have a question about Iframes with BIP 10g.  I generated a link from a report and it renders fine when you go directly to the URL.  I'm trying to put the URL in an iframe in a simple HTML page and it never generates.  It looks like it's trying to load but doesn't do anything.  I've tried googling but must not be asking the right question.

Can someone give me some guidance?
