BI Publisher catalog link gives blank page

Hello Experts,

11.1.1.6 Bi Publisher installed with weblogic 10.3.6 on AIX platform with IBM JDK 7.
Upgraded reports from 10g to 11g using Upgrade assistant.
Am able to access the reports on the new 11g instance.

However, when I click the catalog link I get the folders and shared folders listed on the left pane,
but a blank page on right side while selecting some folder on the left side.
If I click twice on the foldername then the list of reports appear on the right hand side.

Same issue after viewing a report, click catalog and return you get the list of folders on the left
