How to separate supplier lead time and intransit lead time

We have several overseas suppliers that deliver materials to an European port. The supplier lead time is 30 days. After they have delivered, we have to ship the materials to our warehouses in North America. The intransit lead time is 40 days. Adding up both times, the total lead time is 70 days (30+40).
We need to be able to separate these two lead times (supplier vs. intransit). What is the correct way of doing this so that ASCP plans them correctly? We would prefer to avoid setting up suppliers as organizations.
