not allow to create asset key flex feild

hi all

I am define a fix asset of one the company of group of companies

There are 2 company, one is  already implement FA, therefore FA categories, FA Locations, already assigned to system control.

 

Now in my implementation I need to define separate FA categories, FA Locations apart from the existing categories and locations,

 

But when I try to define new  the segments it is not allow to create new segments in key flex field structure it is not allow to create new  asset category or location flex field structure.

 

Please help me to create new asset category or location flex field structure for my new company
