Siebel report (how to Display two xml recods in a single row of report based on Conditons in rtf )

Hi All

I have following requirement ,can any one suggest me.

In a report I want to display two records data (one for two entries data)(in xml) details in a single row based on condtions

here the report output will be excel or pdf.

for instance in above xml one order and 3 line Item details ate available i want to show them in a report like
