PRC: Distribute Usage and Miscellaneous Costs not distributing Cost

Hi,

We are on 11.5.10.2. When i run "PRC: Distribute Usage and Miscellaneous Costs" with a specific Expenditure Batch as a parameter, this program is performing cost distribution, whereas, when i run the same program with all parameters as blank (i.e. including Expenditure Batch blank), then system is not performing cost distribution.

Is any setup missing becausee of which system is behaving in this manner?
