how to manage oracle enterprise manager 12c cloud control using windows

Dear all,

i have installed oracle enterprise manager 12c Cloud control on oracle enterprise linux 4.6 64bit.
after successfully installation of em 12c i have checked the url https://localhost.domain.com:7800/em
its working fine. i have checked agent and oms these are working fine on the server but when i want to access the same url from windows platform i showed me "page can not be displayed". My question is how to access the above url from windows or i will have to install other tools to access this url from windows please suggest me the answers.
