How is under receiving and Over receiving handled in the case of Warehouse Deliveries and DSD ?

Hi Guys
I would like to know, how is under receiving and over receiving handled in SIM, in the case of a Warehouse Delivery. and a DSD.

In the case of transfers(Store-Store),the NL,SL,RL indicators will come into play and the financials are updated accordingly.

So how is the handled in the case of deliveries, like who will bear the loss(sender or receiver) and how are the financials impacted.

Kindly share your thoughts on it.
