Laptop sync errors

Hi

Can anyone please assist.

When installing laptop for any user, get this error;

null 10054 An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host and sync again then

null An internal error has occurred. Server busy and sync again then

null An internal error has occurred. CONS-10053: DeviceManager message: Device is not enabled

Sometimes after multiple efforts it will install. When this user is deleted you can only install him again on that laptop and no one else.

We have applied

Oracle Support Document 737990.1 (Error 10054 An Existing Connection Was Forcibly Closed By The Remote Host)

This is a new issue, did not have this during testing in production. Version 10.2.0.2.0
