Unable to transact Move orders

Hi,

we are getting a pop up with a message

"This allocation has already been submitted for processing and cannot be resubmitted. Please use the pending transaction form to check the status of this allocation"

while trying to transact move order.

Can anyone let me know how can we resolve this?
