Service Contracts Change requests

Hi All,

Oracle version 11.5.8

Module - Oracle Service Contracts(OKS)

In order to modify the Contract which are alredy active, we have process called Change request. With that we can able to edit the contract based on the change request type we are choosing.

In some cases, when bringing the contract to QA hold, the contract will not be editable to mode to do the changes, but the status shows QA HOLD.

Need to know the below details.

What could be the reason for this?

Is it due to an existing change request for the same contract which was not properly closed?
