WLS Management pack VS WLS Management pack EE

in Managing Middleware using Enterprise Manager (MOSC) Question

In the Enterprise Manager 11g, there was the WLS Management pack.  Now in 12C, I'm only seeing the Management pack for WLS EE (enterprise edition).  Are they the  same thing just with a name change, or is there a non-enterprise edition WLS management pack for 12C also?  Anyone know?
