P0411 entering GL distribution version 9.0

We are regression testing version 9.0.  The AP user found a difference she says will stop us from moving to production.

In 8.12, while entering AP voucher (P0411) we get to the GL distribution screen W0411K.  The user can enter the GL account and press enter.  The cursor goes below to start a new line but the important part is the account description is displayed as a visual validation.  The user then clicks OK to continue and save the transaction.

In 9.0, We get to the GL distribution screen (W0411K) find.  We enter the GL account and press enter.  The description is displayed and the cursor advances to the next line.  Just like 8.12.  Nothing is entered in the new line.  Now when the user clicks OK the system gives a hard stop (red error:
