Oracle incidents and ORA-00700: soft internal error

Dear Oracle,

Recently, every night I got four Oracle incidents on alert_log file. It was happened before. After restart window system, it's gone.

Also, I got an email, EM Alert: Critical: MPSA2 - 2 distinct types of incidents have been...

Please advise me what I should do to get rid of the incident? Why there were 4 incidents and email showed 2 incidents?
