AP TRial Balance Report Problem in R12.1.3

We upgraded from R11.5.8 to R12.1.3

The Problem is AP Trial Balance Report is not listing all Liability accounts, Only 10-05-010-0000-20005 and 10-05-010-0000-20007 accounts are displayed.
