How do we use OEM management agents to monitor a database installed on OEL6

We are installing an 11.2.0.3 database on OEL6 ... this is a CERTIFIED installation.
BUT ... the OEM Management agents are ONLY certified for OEL5 !!

So how do we monitor out databases installed on OEL6 ???
