Oracle Auto Service Request (ASR) has detected a heartbeat failure for these ASR Managers

I have a ASR manager which is installed on a Sun-Fire-V440. I received an email from no_reply@oracle.com stating that "Oracle ASR: Warning - Connectivity Failure". This manager had previously had no connectivity issues. I made no changes. I tried to enter the command "svcadm enable sasm" because when I tried to run "asr register" or "asr show_reg_status" or "asr test_connection" I get "SASM is not running, please restart SASM...." but the sasm doesn't start. What do I need to do to get the SASM to run again? I'm running ASR version 3.3.

Thank you.
