148730-01 SunOS 5.10: libc_psr patch (Optimising memset(3C) for M-series Servers)

This patch adds an OPL (M-series) optimised version of memset(3C) to the OPL libc_psr.so.

It has a dependency of kernel patch 120011-14 (or later), so I would hope that it could be installed on pretty much any M-series box running Solaris 10 these days.

On a call that I have had where we put this fix into place I have seen performance increases ranging from very little, to quite substantial (2x and better) depending on the application.

I'd recommend this to anyone running Solaris 10 on an M series server and I'd be interested in feedback from folks who install it.
