ISO exchange rate information

  Hi Folks,

We are created internal requisition (Functional currency is USD) requisition currency also USD,  costing method Average, OU1, Inv1 , converted as internal sales order (Functional currency is SGD) sales order currency SGD

So how system will identify which exchange rate type need to use , where we can find exchange rate type information.
