Wrong Schedule Job - Wrong start time

Dear All,  I have created 2 windows and one window group Main_Win

Window 1:
Repeat By Weeks
Interval (Weeks) 1
Days of Week Monday,Tuesday,Wednesday,Thursday,Friday,Saturday
Repeat Time Hour:4 Minute:30 Second:00 PM
Duration (min) 1hour(s)0minute(s)
Available to Start Mar 14, 2012 12:00:00 AM Asia/Beirut

And Window 2 :
Repeat By Weeks
Interval (Weeks) 1
Days of Week Monday,Tuesday,Wednesday,Thursday,Friday,Saturday
Repeat Time Hour:7 Minute:30 Second:00 AM
Duration (min) 1hour(s)0minute(s)
Available to Start Mar 14, 2012 12:00:00 AM Asia/Beirut

Then I create a schedule Job where the schedule is this Main_win Window Group.

The job is running successfully daily at 04:30 P.M but it is running
