Network interrupts causes loss of database connections
Hi,
I have some problems with a network connection from a remote company location. There are sporadic network interrupts about 1-5 seconds. The oracle clients on the remote location, that are permanently connected to database lose its connection every time, the network has an interrupt and must connect again. Unfortunately the software does not reconnect automatically and must be restarted by hand. Is there a possibility to make the client connection robust against short network interruption? (time out settings?) The clients are on XP boxes and connects to a single instance EE 11.2.
Best regards
Peter
