Error running Cycle Count Entries and Adjustment Report

Hi Gurus,

Cycle Count Entries and Adjustment Report in ending with the below error:

Enter Password:
REP-1401: 'conv_rate_firstformula': Fatal PL/SQL error occurred.
ORA-01403: no data found

REP-0069: Internal error
REP-57054: In-process job terminated:Terminated with error:
REP-1401: 'conv_rate_firstformula': Fatal PL/SQL error occurred.
ORA-01403: no data found

Please help me to resolve this.
