Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. I am getting ora-01078 while creating oracle 11g database.

First I created one database,I dropped it and rebooted the system.

I started again creating the oracle 11g database in AIX.(6)

At that time I am getting this error.
