Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hello,

I need to write a custom sql for a fliter that says something like this:

The field is called Status Note and 2 conditions are: Is Null and Not Equal to RO

Can anybody please help?
