Is there a way to update Problem Code in a service request in iSupport ?
Whilst creating SR in iSupport, I can select Problem Code from a list.
But when I try to change the problem code via updating the newly created SR, I am not allowed to do this,
as there is no list available.

Does anyone know how it is possible to get the problem code list to display?
The iSupport region code is IBU_CF_SR_PROB_TYPE_CODE
