no cpuotc2008 available for Oracle RDBMS 10.2.0.1

Problem Description: We have a Oracle RDBMS 10.2.0.1 installed in a solaris sparc 64 bit. We didn't find under the site http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/topics/security/cpuoct2008-100299.html#AppendixA
any evidence that cpuoct2008 is available for 10.2.0.1.
Our question is: does it happen because 10.2.0.1 is not affected by the vulnerability fixed by the mentioned security patch, or does it happen because no patch was released for 10.2.0.1, but this version is potentially affected by the vulnerability ?
