oracle sun blade 6000-t3-1b /SYS/MB/SP faulted

we have a machine blade6000 with 7 x86 and 3 t3-1b. all the blade with a 10Gbe net card.(375-3616-02). after the power on. all the t3-1b report the /SYS/MB/SP faulted in ilom. when i clear the clear the error log. the service led turn green. but after power off the server and unplug power cord. for a minute. i power on the sever, again, the t3-1b report the /SYS/MB/SP faulted. even i update the SP firmware. and swap the a new SP part. it still don't work.
