applications are running slow

Hello everyone

I am working with JD Edwards 9.8 on tools 8.98.4.2 the platform was working fine until recently that the users are begging to experince slowness when opening the jde menus, or when submitting a query to retrieve information.

I have determined that the problem is in the web servers wich are linux boxes, but the performance in the server is fine each server has 12 gigs of ram and have 3 web instances as vertical clusters and i have two boxes connected horizontally for load balancing.

I have checked the status of this servers and in terms of memory it is being used 8 of the 12 gigs of ram i have free space in the hard drive the 8 processors in each box are underused but still the aplication runs slow
