How do we pass LDAP Attribute Values as Bind Variables in data Queries When BIP is Integrated with O
Hi!
We are using 11.1.1.5 (and attempting to upgrade to 11.1.1.6 in our sandbox instance), and I am trying to pass LDAP (MS Active Directory) attribute value as bind variables into queries.
This document:
shows nicely how to achieve this when BIP is not integrated with OBIEE. Our selected security model is Oracle Fusion Middleware so I do not get the option to populate the field "Attribute Names for Data Query Bind Variables".
We have an LDAP attribute named extensionAttribute2 which contains our employee numbers. i need to be able to pass this to queries to limit data access based on who has logged in to run the report.
