 Problem with Order Management Implementation

Hi

We have a big issue, we are implementing OM and AR module, but we can´t create new customers for starting the test

ERROR:

NO_DATA_FOUND
--------------------------------------------------------------
APP-AR-96995: The defined sales representatives do not appear in the view RA_SALESREPS.  Please contact your system administrator.
--------------------------------------------------------------
FRM-40735: WHEN-NEW-FORM-INSTANCE trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-20002.

We has created the Inventory Organization, and the new responsabilities for OM and AR.

We need to run some request??? or some concurrent??? or setup some option from Profile form???
