Unable to See transactions from Collections function while using Receivable responsibility

Conditions : ( R12)

 I am using Receivables manager resposibility > The MOAC is not set up which means OU specific data can be seen . I havd added the Collections menu to the receivables reponsibility and all seems to work fine... I can search customers / accounts and view history and summary of payments.

However, when I try to click on the details - whether it be recipt or invoice, it does not open up the details form. It comes up with the standard error - Function not available to this responsibility

Any Ideas?
