After changing the owner in Installed Base the new Warranty is creating in Global Org

Hi,

I have created a Warranty thru OM and it got created successfully. When I go and check the table okc_k_headers_b the authoring_org_id=3208 and inv_organization_id=3209. Then I go and change the owner in Installed Base and a new Warranty was created successfully (coverage template rule is set to Transfer). But authoring_org_id and inv_organization_id  is showing as 86 (Global Org). As the profile OKC: View Contracts by Organization is set to Yes, I could not able to see this new warranty from my current Org (3209). Can anyone please let me know why this is happening and what needs to be corrected??
