ORA-01403: no data found error when trying to open charges form in Order Management
I am getting the following error upon entering the ‘Charges’
form.
Following are the steps
Order Management --> Orders,Returns -> Order Organizer -> Enter order# and click find -> Open -> Actions -> Select charges -> Charges form opens with error -> Click ‘Details’.
ORA-01403: no data found
