Rates of duty from Harmonized Tariff Shcedule

Does GTM module can be calculate rates on duty from Tariff code?
I understand that GTM module can be managed HS code(Tariff Code), ECCN, HTS-US on each Item. But I'm not sure that GTM can be calculate rates on duty.
