New Responsibility Shwoing Error

I have made a new Responsibility for Order Management (OM) and assigned the Organization Acess to the same. But when I open the Sales Agreement the following error message is showing. This is only occuring in the new responsibility. The old OM responsibilities are working fine. please help

ORA-01403: no data found
