R12 RECEIVABLES: Online create accounting could not be created for this transaction. Please inform y

 Had anybody here encountered the error: "Online create accounting could not be created for this transaction. Please inform your system administrator that the Create Accounting program has encountered an internal error." in R12 Receivables when performing online create accounting for standard receipts?

I have already performed the following but still, the error remains:
1. Run "Validate Application Accounting Definitions" program
2. Run "Submit Accounting" program

Any workaround suggestions?
